Interactive senior art director

Mullen's fast-growing Interactive team is looking for a skilled, thoughtful, and collaborative Senior Art Director for digitally-based projects on a our JAMRS account, http://www.mullen.com/wenham/work/jamrs.

You should have 5-7 years of digital art direction and concepting experience, creating everything from web sites, HTML e-mails and banners (rich media & other) to viral pieces and experiential microsites. Done all that inside of a digital agency? Great. Done it inside of a fully-integrated agency? Even better. Though client-side or freelance experience is also valued.

You need to love the conceptual piece, of course. But you should also know the ins and outs of execution. Like how to design for online media. And which current trends and technologies can be employed in creative efforts. But don’t worry. You won’t have to code.

If digital work is just part of your story, we’re still interested in seeing your stuff. But we’re looking for art directors who truly love the interactive arena and all the possibilities it opens to a creative team. Particularly when they explore those possibilities in an integrated agency environment.

In the role, you’ll work closely with general advertising teams, account teams, producers, information architects, and, of course, interactive copywriters. And you’ll report to Creative Directors in the Interactive area.

Media Supervisor

Mullen seeks a Media Supervisor to join our rapidly growing media practice. Ideal candidate will have 4-5 years agency experience in media planning, using major syndicated research programs such as IMS (Simmons/MRI, Telecume, Market Mate, MediaMix), TNS, etc. DDS experience a plus. Major market local broadcast experience required; national broadcast and digital media experience a plus. The successful candidate will have proven ability to work effectively across departments within a full-service ad agency, manage day to day client communications and make effective presentations. Experience in retail, package goods and marketing to women is highly desired.

Junior Art Director/ Interactive

Mullen is looking for an eager and talented Junior Art Director to join our fast-growing Interactive Creative team. The right candidate should be passionate about the digital medium and excited by the opportunity to explore it as part of an integrated agency culture. You’ll be responsible for concepts, design and execution of a wide range of digital marketing projects, ranging from site design to online advertising to promotional microsite and email design. You’ll partner with copywriters, information architects, multimedia specialists and developers to create distinctive work that delivers. And you’ll work closely with Sr. Art directors to help bring those big ideas to life.
