Creative Director

Fuseideas, a dynamic full service advertising and interactive agency located in Davis Square, Somerville, MA, is looking for a qualified Creative Director to manage and oversee our creative department.  This is an opportunity to work with national high profile consumer-focused clients across a variety of mediums.  The ideal candidate must have traditional, broadcast, and digital experience with emphasis on copywriting and campaign concept development. 

The Creative Director will work in tandem with all creative teams to supervise and/or develop concepts, content, and headlines, and will be an integral part of presentation teams.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide idea leadership and creative direction
2. Provide senior leadership on projects
3. Work with the creative team to concept and execute ideas
4. Work with producers on broadcast TV and radio spots
5. Review creative work-in-progress and give direction to reach appropriate solutions.
6. Attend client meetings and present work to clients
7. Work with account executives to meet budget and schedules
8. Assist with new business presentation and pitches
9. Mentor art directors/and other creative staff members
   

REQUIREMENTS

1. 7-10 years in an agency setting
2. Proven track record of managing staff and creative output
3. Experience with broadcast, interactive and print
4. Exceptional management and mentorship skills
5. Experience in brand development
6. Strong attention to detail
